Looks like these two will stay unnamed and unused since hololive has announced that they will be scrapped due to the lack of suitable candidates for these avatars.
Poor Kakage. He even got the custom made wireless charger gifted by hololive to their illustrators and riggers so I took that as a sign that their debut is coming up :(
On the bright side, Paseri and Kakage will still be working with hololive for something in the future. I wonder what will it be...

"A lack of suitable candidates"? What does that even mean?
This was back when Hololive had the policy of "make characters first, then audition for people to fit the role."
I thought it still is that way for EN, considering both Calli and Kiara say they didn't get to choose how their characters look like.
Same most likely still is the case for Council, considering they all live across the world and didn't know each other prior to joining Hololive, so it's hard to think they all came up with the concept of the Council together as opposed to COVER wanting another themed gen like Myth.
Even JP gen 3 I'd still argue at least some of them must have auditioned for premade characters, considering Marine admitting she actually has zero knowledge about anything pirate related, as well as Flare's open dislike of her first design.

Wasn't this the audition period that Irys was recruited? Or was she earlier?

Another way that some other people have been interpreting those "didn't get to choose" comments was that it could also mean that the virtual talent has to follow the physical talent using it to certain respects. There are comments from Calli's not-a-podcast Jump King streams where Gura brings up the "what's it like having boing boing" question and what is usually a cliche throwaway pettanko line in some trash anime is turned into a pretty straight-faced conversation about the topic. I also believe Calli once mentioned she asked for a much flatter profile and that was rejected. Then there's Ollie and Moona's recent truth or dare during one of their Minecraft projects where Moona and Ollie both take each other's dare about their three sizes, Moona actually measuring herself in real time (I'll leave it up to YouTube if you want the numbers) and Ollie confirms that she's seen the pics. In both of these cases, the takeaway seems to be the same - Calli and Gura are roughly shaped like Calli and Gura, and Moona and Ollie are roughly shaped like Moona and Ollie. And the theory is that they couldn't change that.
This being a possibility does mean that we may owe Rushia a hell of a dogeza.
This brings something to mind that I noticed recently, during AmeSameTako's Phantasmagoria VR stream.
The character controlled by Gura seemed to be crouch walking everywhere.
Now, I've never used a VR headset, but it seems plausible that the system tracks user height and modifies the pov accordingly, for purposes of immersion and reducing disorientation. If so, and the character model reflects the pov height, then maybe Gura is as short in reality as her avatar.
In general, I would not be surprised if there was some preference or requirement that user and avatar be of a similar height and build.
Also please don't compare Rushia's pettan jokes to Gura's I don't know about Gura but Rushia really doesn't mind being called pettan and even encourages people to do so, Rushia even brings it up pretty often even though when nobody in the chat did.
Though I'm not deeply immersed in Holomyth lore, the sense I have is that Gura doesn't mind being hydrodynamic in and of itself, but she is getting a little tired of the fact that chat won't shut up about it.
- KakageThank you for your work on hololive 2nd Fest.!!
