Now, I might be wrong here, but that 8x8 in the background looks like a little-known vehicle called "Type 19" for the PLA. I won't add tags as I am suspicious of my visual conclusion, but it appears to be the version built for a wheeled IFV role.

Well it appears to be a Chinese Type 19 IFV or a ZBL 19/1 both look like they have the same angles and proportions on the armor as well as the same drivers window, headlights, etc.
The tower/turret is the same with 12 most likely smokes on the front side (2 to the left and 2 to the right of the gun mantlet and 4 on the left and right front plate).
A smaller (not tiny) but centered main gun is shown around the size of a 30mm - 25mm wich would fit the IFV versions 30mm gun.
The 4 ATGM launchers are hidden from this angle and the commanders sight is attached at the top too.
Meanwhile the middle part is not as long as the part between the 3rd and 4th tires shows that it is not a ZBL 19/1 since its shorter on the Type 19 around as short as the front part.
(I still don't know what these parts are called ig its extra armor)
    conclusion:
not a ZBL 19/1 making it most likely a Type 19
P.S. I think that's the only way to tell them apart besides their internals
if you wonder why this is edited i checked it on a higher resolution again to confirm and saw that it wasn't longer
(not 100% sure if it is longer if it is then ZBL 19/1)

@Megatron808 Why upload a heavily edited version of this from rule34? The full video has been up on Newgrounds for a few years. You could've just uploaded that version.

Rule34 is rarely a proper source and this isn't one of those times it is.

That version is too large to upload and I couldn’t find another cut version anywhere else :(

Fair enough. Do you know if that alternate pose is specifically from Dragon Ball FighterZ? If so, that tag should probably be added as well.

I only saw the group pose in DBFZ, but the individual poses were also in the series I think, gotta check.

Fan art for the vodka boats is getting kinda dark...

This is a (very major) edit or based on official art.....Chapy, Gronzy, and Avora (possibly Pamiat as well....cant remember) have a jailed skin. Gangut has an almost sadistic "sexy cop" (KGB more likely) outfit and Soveiet Rusky has a casual outfit implying a similar "job". I have no clue about Tashkent. An official image implies at-least one more girl is incoming and the article tied to it implies Minsk though I highly doubt she is the tig bitty unidentified lady in the picture.

    Edit: the article in question

I kinda don't know how to feel about all these prison skins for the Russian ships......whats even weirder is in that article Chapayev is blushing and acting.....a bit happier than I thought she would be. But Avora's seems really sad....... not for azur lane making such..... conflicting emotion skins like these have been.

Seems particularly strange that Avrora (the Bolshevik ship, that fired the first shot of the October Revolution) and Chapayev (named for one of the most celebrated Bolshevik war heroes) would get gulag prisoner skins.

Also Pamiat Merkuria (the Ukrainian ship) being a gulag prisoner is a bit too on the nose.

It's just roleplay for these skins, the artist in this case made the situation dark by giving the horrible implication that the prisoners are used like playthings in a prisons and made to raise their offspring in a depressing situation
